- Automatic line up product into track for filling
- Filling track with auto refill function ensure good quantity.
- All component in direct contact with product are made with SS304 or food sanitary standard.
- Individual Temp. Controller with PID function for stable sealing performance.
- Bag width is adjustable by changing bag former guide.
- Packing speed and bag length are adjustable on the machine directly.
- Machine build with iron cast with painting frame. Stainless steel frame available upon request.
Optional Device：
Date coder, hopper level indicator, product output conveyor, nitrogen air connector, and other required device upon request.
Applicable Products：
Various granule, such as: capsule, tablet, candy, screw, round type, rectangle type or other shape in solid product.
Applicable Film：
Heat seal suitable cotton filter paper, double layer heat sealable laminated film, such as: PET+LLDPE, PET+MPET+CPP, PET+PE+AL+LLDPE, Nylon+LLDPE…etc.
